Fender Stage Lead all tube prototype designed by Paul Rivera 1982
Переглядів 9 тис.5 років тому
In 1981 Paul Rivera created a 5 year master plan for Fender guitar amplifiers that detailed descriptions, features, functions, price points, market positions and more. The All-Tube Stage Lead was part of that plan. This single prototype was hand-built. However, the decision was to use that name on a future solid state amplifier and the tube version was never released. This one is the only one i...

Sick dude. Sounds fucking killer 🤘🏽
Insane to watch the person who created an iconic riff play his own stuff. We struggle every day to try to make it sound as close as possible and this man does it with an ease that we will never match. Just think of that favorite sick riff you came up with and how well you have it down, thats him with our favorite songs. Crazy.
Mick is truly a beast, one of the best ever imo.
Damn dude
He should make his amp knobs all be 7
Hey Mick ! Tabs please !
I know 12 year old girls that play better. Keep practicing wannabe. Oh yeah, you killed joey.
I remember when troll bait used to be believable. Yawn.
Just play Gematria live one time please…. Filthy riffs
No James Hetfield but very cool! 😎
This gentlemen is a certified Genius and embodies what I love about America. Great people making great stuff even better. Wonderful.
Mr. Seven is just so fucking badass.
That is the most evil tone I've ever heard!!!👹🤘🤘
13 years and this video keeps showing up at my timline, and I always click it. The guy has become a master at metal guitar playing. Flawless.
Not to mention how evil his tone was back then! Best tone I ever heard from rhythms!!🤘🤘 Absolutely ROARS!
Best guitar tone Slipknot had. AHIG guitar tone is sick.
That's phenomenal. How did he record that in one take? That's totally insane
Bad galaxy ass
watching this clip improved my guitar skill a shitload. you will never get that speed or stamina unless you position your gat like he does so your picking hand arm isnt jacked sky high
струны и гитара в глубоком ахере ..)
The guitar wanted to lay in bed and cuddle after that
Pretty fuckin cool
What songs did he play in that video?
Underrated banger! Very fun to play as well! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🔥🔥🔥
Drop D for life 😎
bro thats drop B
He'd be the coolest guy thats ever walked gods green earth if he did that with a lit cigarette in his mouth while wearing sunglasses
One of my personal Top 10 faves to watch. Dude is so underrated 🤘🏻🤘🏻
How's your live settings vs studio? "Oh wildly different...". This is the type of shit I wish I had access to when I was starting
I saw these guys live in 2021 and I couldn’t believe what I saw and why I didn’t see them before this
I don’t listen to slipknot all that much, but Mick and Jim are the reasons I started loving guitar
.....owned a B50-115 in 1980 brand new, my first bass amp.......the worst sounding bass amp I ever had ......lol....a Hartke might even sound better, and that's pretty bad...........
Sboro
4:43 probably my favourite guitar riff ever
Roger sounds better but not 15 times better. Combined is best
OKay now can you pls play it in normal speed.
At some point folks someone is gonna have to step up and say “Mick is one of the best guitarists in recent history”…. Whether you like slipknot or not, you can’t deny it.
Imagine a band with Dimebag and Mick Thomson as a guitar duo.
The man is a machine
Damn I really liked the EVM12. But then I checked the price. Eminence does a reasonably similar flavor at half the price. EVM12 sounds nicer but not twice as nice, imo.
Muito malabarismo e sem nenhum sentido! Onde está o feeling? Essas tranqueiras rápidas e sem nexo n servem pra nada!
Mick enters studio. Guitar pick: "Fuck me."
I can hear tones in this ive never heard before.
Best guitar duo is him and jim
No Rivera era Fender sounds like a Fender in any way. I bought a Super Champ right when they were released and sold it about a month later because the clean sound just barely passed and the reverb dropped out with the truly ugly quality boost/distortion; the amp was useless in a real playing situation. I also had a Rivera Concert and I never could get any kind of functional sound out of it. I actually gave it away just to relieve myself of the frustration. Go figure...c'est la vie, to each his own; one guy's trash is another guy's treasure - que sera sera... ✨🌈👋🥴👍✨
This track is the most death metal one guitarwise
Absolutely love my 84 Super Champ!!!
Man, the black mountain sounds like it was mic'd thru a bath towel
Yep.... Im okay just working on gas meters.
Just machine.
THATS HOW TO PLAY GUITAR!
UNREAL!
THAT GUITAR WAS DEF SWEATING AND SHIVERING.
